Founding Year (2010)

Established in 2010, Women in Leadership Worldwide began with a clear mission to provide essential training and support for women aspiring to leadership roles. First Symposium (2012)

In 2012, we hosted our first symposium, bringing together over 200 women from diverse industries to share insights and build networks. This event marked the beginning of our tradition of creating spaces for women to learn from each other and foster meaningful professional relationships.

Online Community Launch (2015)

Launched in 2015, our online community quickly grew, offering a platform for women to connect, share resources, and support each other regardless of geographical barriers. This initiative provided continuous access to valuable content and peer support, significantly enhancing our outreach and impact.

Mentorship Program Start (2017)

Initiated in 2017, our mentorship program paired experienced leaders with emerging talents, fostering growth and career development. The program's success is evident in the numerous mentees who have since advanced to senior roles, attributing their growth to the guidance and encouragement received through our network.

Global Expansion (2019)

By 2019, we expanded our reach internationally, hosting events and training sessions in multiple countries to support women worldwide.
